Generate an API Token
In Webflow go to Site Settings → Integrations → API Access. Click Generate API Token.
Set permissions
Enable CMS (Read + Write) and Sites (Read + Write). Leave everything else at No access.
Copy your Site ID
In Site Settings → General, scroll down to find your Site ID (a long hex string).
Connect and select collection
Enter your Site ID and API Token. VellumUp will fetch your CMS Collections — select the blog collection and click Connect.
When an article is published, VellumUp creates a new CMS Item in your selected collection and publishes it live. If the item already exists (same slug), it is updated. Webflow Localization is required for translated articles.
